Roy C. Whitmore, president of R.C.Whitmore  Advisors Inc, is Southeast Ohio’s FIRST Certified Financial Planner and his firm is the first Registered Investment Advisor, providing independent and objective financial planning and portfolio management services to individuals, families and businesses.

We are a fee-for-services (no commissions) financial planning and portfolio management firm. Our goal is to provide you with objective, common-sense advice without the risk of bias that might be a factor if our firm benefited in any way based on which products you select.
